Wonder what happened to Terrell Owens? He was offered a contract from the Allen Wranglers, of ther IFL (Indoor Football League).

 

My guest today is the man who made that offer to Terrell Owens to play for  the Allen Wranglers's owner  Jon Frankel.

 

We will talk about his motivation to offer the contract to Owens, and what he would expect from Owens if he accepts the offer.
