Illinois State Senator Terri Bryant joined WXAN to give an update on Brandon Phoenix, a Correctional Officer at Menard Correctional Center who suffered an exposure to a drug while on shift. He was placed in a medical coma in a St, Louis hopsital, but has now recovered. An investigation is underway.
