In December of 2017, Territorial Brewing Co. in Springfield, Mich. moved its brewing equipment out of its cramped restaurant kitchen and to a dedicated production brewery. This is the story of how Territorial came to be, why they brew primarily lagers and how equipment used on farms can be re-purposed to make beer. Really good beer, actually.
