Police say the Bondi Beach terror attack was carried out by a father and son who opened fire at a Hanukkah celebration, killing at least 15 people.

The 50-year-old gunman was shot dead by police, while his 24-year-old son is in critical condition. Two rudimentary bombs were found at the scene. Leaders called the antisemitic attack an act of pure evil.
