Releasing Potential is what its all about. I have now split the business into 2 streams, being business growth mentoring and strategic thinking and planning (specifically for charities). Both streams use proven methodologies.

Whereas the growth mentoring is based on a simple, tried and tested formula to massively improve sales and marketing results, the strategic work is based on the SCQuARE (™) system used by many hundreds of multi-nationals and larger companies. There is a lot of overlap in my approach to the different sectors and both benefit from an insightful outside view of the operation.
