Tes columnist Sarah Simons is joined by Marie Greenhalgh, head of post-16 and lead for special education needs and disability at Inclusion Hampshire.

They discuss teaching post-16 learners with SEND – at Greenhalgh's college, she ditched the usual subjects in favour of skills that young people might find useful as they transition to adulthood.
