Tessie then details growth and evolution from her past two projects Feel Trip & Feel Trip 2 and giving praises to LaRussell for assisting on the projects. Tessie then discusses healing in her music, closing out chapters in her life, and her creative process when it comes to writing. Albert and Tessie also discuss favorite tracks on "It Gets Better", features on the album, favorite R&B artists, and Tessie even gives Albert advice and recommendations for taking mushrooms.
