Food safety is truly a global concern, with the major challenge being globalisation of the food industry, which has two impacts trade harmonisation and also the problem with this creating much more complicated supply chains, which are by far the top two ways in which food safety concerns have grown.

Darren Wood spoke with leading industry expert Alex Bromage, food safety and quality services business manager at Tetra Pak to talk about this issue.
