We discuss the distinction between the inner altar and the outer altar why by the inner altar the laws of what it was brought on it is mentioned immediately after the laws of its construction while by the outer altar we first deal with the laws of its construction and then at another time we discuss the laws pertaining to the sacrifices brought on it
