The Texans "didn't react well to the cold weather," Wilson said. "They're not quite there yet," and "they're still a work in progress," but "it's a set back, it's not the end of the world." Quarterback C.J. Stroud left the game after a hard hit and backup Davis Mills took over the offense. With Stroud in concussion protocol, Wilson is confident Mills will start against the Tennessee Titans.
