So I saw The Lighthouse this morning and I gotta tell you it was the weirdest most obscure piece of cinema I have seen in quite a bit. Overall I'll just tell you now, but I loved the movie so much. I'll definitely be buying it and watching it periodically or just as something in the background while I'm doing things. It's super unclearish as to what exactly I was witnessing on the screen while at the theater. The trailer gave nothing and the movie maybe even less. It added to my confusion and that's what I love so much about it. You can't complain about Hollywood being out of ideas and not see this questionable masterpiece. It's obviously not for everyone, but it's definitely worth a look if you want something different you probably won't fully grasp from the first viewing. Also we talked about Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 on this episode, I guess.
