He talks with us about stress that kids and teenagers go through. How parents navigate that. That anxiety level that people are carrying even at a young age is mind boggling.

He is from little Rock Arkansas who is a clinical Psychologist and has an amazing podcast that's being listened to all over the country. We're going to talk about a few subjects including the Texas Shootings and Doc Brian helps us to weigh in on that.
