The Lady Raiders Basketball program received a massive boost last week when Level 13 Marketing announced a new NIL deal that ensures every player on the Texas Tech Women's Basketball roster would receive 25,000 dollars in annual compensation. Such a deal has not been seen on the women's side of college sports and plants the seed for continued growth for both women's sports and NIL at Texas Tech.
