The energetic invitation of Gemini—a mental and air sign—is to become aware of the quality of our thoughts—where our thoughts are sourced from, how they scatter or loop, how that feels, and how they shape our choices.

I’m noticing a certain windy quality on my thoughts—uncharacteristically all over the place, buzzing loudly and busily, but largely ungrounded. If you’re feeling restless or lost in thoughts, with looping repetitive thoughts, then this video is for you!

* First, please know that mind restlessness is a characteristic of the Gemini season, and you are not ‘in the wrong’ necessarily for feeling that way.

* Gemini season reveals our relationship to our thoughts. So, if you’re experiencing overwhelm, stuck repetitive (almost addictive) thoughts, listless or distracted in the mind, this video has some practical tips for you.

* A little reminder that tending to your mental body is as important as tending to your physical one. I’ve also included an alignment technique from an old Ayurvedic teaching that I’ve been working with recently.

This Gemini season offers a chance to meet our minds with curiosity and compassion, in a way brings coherence to the whirlwind we may be experiencing.

* New Moon, Sun, and Mercury in Gemini: These energies amplify mental activity curiosity, problem-solving, flexibility, and the need to sort what’s truly aligned. While this can be very inspiring and creative, it can easily overwhelm our nerves and emotions.

* Saturn in Aries: This is a fresh 27-year Saturn cycle. One of the invitation is to check-in and see if our thoughts are rooted in a healthy, sovereignty, robust sense of self and healthy personal power.
