This year, the dominant theme in Accenture’s Fjord Trends for 2022 points to shifts in people’s relationships—with colleagues, brands, society, places, and with those they care about. An increasing number of people are beginning to come face-to-face with the impact they’re having on the planet, and finally accepting they cannot go on behaving as though people were separate from Nature.
The youth of today are demanding higher, more ecological, more ethical standards of the companies they choose to give their employment to. It's likely that this, perhaps more than most other influences will bring about the changes that are needed for the coming years.
