The Two Gay Geeks have a chat with actor and podcaster, Michael Chan. Hamish Downie introduced us to Michael quite a while ago and we had been intending to have him on but a neat little thing happened in the meantime...what's that you say? Well, Michael landed a recurring role on Star Trek: Discovery. We chat about how he got into acting and his journey towards Star Trek. Have a listen and we hope you enjoy this as much as we did.
About Michael Chan
While studying human biology and sociology at the University of Toronto, Michael Chan was bitten by a radioactive acting bug, giving him the proportionate emotional strength of a thespian. Since transforming into your friendly neighbourhood acting man, Michael has appeared on film, television, radio, and stage. His most recent work includes appearances on 'Star Trek: Discovery' and 'Mayday', writing and directing the multi-award-winning micro short 'The Only Asian', working as a producer for Hellbound Horror Festival, and co-hosting the podcast 'The Hellbound Podcast'.
