Meditation is one of the approaches to be in contact with the Divine. However instead of being practiced as a technique it should be dynamic and spontaneous. The meditator, the object of meditation and the process should be connected in a living relation. Our inner attitudes have an impact upon our outer activities. There are centers in our body which are like doors of energy towards higher and deeper states. The. Mother advises to concentrate in the heart center.
