Anwar ‘Mobility King’ Gilbert is a dedicated & dynamic fitness coach at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA Gym, with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Anwar was born and raised in London, UK. At 16 he decided to drop out of high school, opting for a lifestyle that catered towards more adventure. He worked in many different jobs including one where transporting bodies was an everyday routine. During his late teens, Anwar’s passion for sports & fitness grew as well as his ambition. He decided to get certified and began his career in coaching and training eventually leading him to work abroad.
