In this episode I'm joined by Thanh. Thanh and I met as neighbors and spent all day every day on our bikes and going in and out of new construction around our neighborhood. We spent a lot of time hanging out and he's been one of my very closest friends ever since. I've watched him grow as a person and become a father and now I get to talk to him about all of that.
