With election day coming soon...we knew we needed to bring this message to you in the middle of our break between season 1 and season 2! Our guest: Erin Geiger Smith is a journalist and a writer of 2 amazing books called Thank You for Voting, both for adults, and a young readers addition. As we understand the right to vote, and how we can better prepare our young people to become voters, we all get to participate in something that so many fought for for years! 

This episode is a completely non-partisan conversation about why young people should be involved in the process and education of voting. Erin does a great job of helping us to not get wrapped up in the politics...but to participate in sharing our voice in the policy that we each do care about. There are no downsides to being a voter!
