I am so overwhelmed and grateful for all the love I have received in the 4 years (this month) that I have been hosting this podcast.

The year has been extremely challenging for me and I have been trying to push through and it unfortunately became harder and harder for me to and that is why I have been MIA

BUT I promise you that when I do come out the other side of this I will be having serious life experiences to continue to help anyone in need.
