Pastor Josh Hall concludes this 2-part series on "ThanksGiving - A Biblical Perspective on Gratitude." He begins with this premise: "Gratitude always expresses itself in giving." Pastor Josh then goes on to discuss three ways we can express our gratitude:

1.   By Our Speech

     Expressed through our:

     1) Praise (Ps. 33:2-3)

     2) Prayer (Col. 1:3; Phil. 1:3-5; 4:6)

     3) Witness (Ps. 108:3-4; 2 Cor. 4:15) 

2.  Through Our Actions

     "Gratitude is never suppressed, but is always expressed." (Phil. 1:21; Col. 3:16-17; Rom. 12:1) We need to examine our:

     1) Priorities

     2) Attitudes

     3) Finances

     4) Gifts/Talents

3.   In Our Hearts

     1) God looks at the heart (1 Sam. 16:7)

     2) Peace and thankfulness in our hearts (Col. 3:15)

     3) Our delight is in HIM! (Ps. 37:4)
