Calling all Milton Voters please bring a non-perishable food item with you when you come out to vote on 11/6/18 to donate to the Election Day Food Drive for Milton End 68 Hours of Hunger. We are currently sending home 9 weekend bags for MES students and 27 weekend bags for Nute students. We are requesting items for Thanksgiving, Soup, Peanut Butter and Jelly.
November 3rd started the Scouting for food event for Milton Cub Scouts Pack 155

You may find a green tag on your mailbox or door knob at some point today. If you do & wish to donate please leave the food items out where the tag was left next Saturday November 10th before 8:30am so the Scout can collect the items.
Where Milton is such a large area to cover you may not find a tag on your door. If you still wish to donate you can either drop the donations off at the Legion porch on Steeple St. by 10am or message us your address & one of our Scouts will swing by to collect it.

New Hampshire Farm Museum will be holding their Over the River 1863 Thanksgiving Farm Event on Saturday, November 17th from 10am-3pm. Costumed guides will lead tours in character roles sharing stories of a different time. There will be light refreshments, hands on activities and wagon rides. $10, $6 for children.

McKenzie's Farm is selling pumpkins for a dollar now until they're all out, they also have other end of the season sales going on. Might as well get an apple cider donut while you're there...
The 5th Annual Dessert Social and Turkey Raffle is November 16th from 6 to 8:30PM at Nute. They are looking for dessert donations. November 16th from 5-6 PTA will offer $1 plates for the dessert table before the BIG Raffle.

Town parking ban from December 1st to April 15th during the hours of 10:30pm-7:00am and during snow emergencies, the ban prohibits parking in or on all public ways and town streets.
From the Wakefield Food Pantry which serves Milton residents.
This year for Thanksgiving we will be open Saturday, November 17 from 12 to 2 to give out turkeys and all the fixings that go along with it so you can enjoy a beautiful dinner with your family and friends. The Thanksgiving food distribution will take place on November 17 from 1-2:30. For Christmas we will be open December 22 12-2 and we will be giving out turkeys and hams, (hams while they last so get there early if you want ham) and all the fixings.The Pantry accepts food donations at any time. There is a green wooden container at the rear of the Pantry (1500 Wakefield Road, Wakefield) and non perishable foods can be left there.
