These variations, on the hymn tune widely associated with the Thanksgiving celebration was commissioned by Aaron Collins, the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra and Jeffrey Biegel. The SCSO, directed by Aaron Collins with Jeffrey Biegel as soloist gave the premiere performances on November 26/27 2022. They were both met with a most enthusiastic response from large audiences.
