The killer turkey returns to try to get his wings on the last remaining copy of Thankskilling 2 (which doesn't exist), all so he can take it to Turkey Hell and use it as an ingredient in a machine to try to destroy humanity....somehow. Not that any of that matters, because you spend most of the movie following Yomi, a hapless, unrelated hand-puppet who has literally lost her mind, and her quest to stop the evil, fowl beast.
