J-P Morgan Chase is in the middle of a massive expansion. The nation’s largest bank plans to open 4-hundred new branches over the next five years. Roughly thirty-percent of those will be built in low-income communities in cities like Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D-C. One of the Chase executives driving the effort is Thasunda (tuh-SHUN-duh) Duckett. She’s the C-E-O of Consumer Banking – and the first African-American to hold that title.
