This weeks’ #crockpotconvo is about grief. It’s a super sentimental episode for us as we pause today to remember the passing of our brother and uncle, Shawn Crockwell. His death rocked our family to the core four years ago, but has also inspired us to make changes in our own lives, take nothing for granted and live with more intention and purpose.
