On this week’s episode, I speak with the wonderfully warm and creative talent that is Hanna.

Hanna, originally from Finland, moved to Dublin after school and worked in Tech. Knowing it wasn’t’t fueling her should, Hanna enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training Course and Breathwork Course. She now has a thriving online business, continues to study to hone her craft, and shares how the last six months working from home has impacted her for the better.

Her story is so inspiring and she offers an abundance of advice on how you too could follow your passion and turn it into a profession.
