I knew the holidays were fast approaching, but I was surprised at the quickness of their arrival. People all around the US are undoubtedly busy with holiday preparations and festive gatherings. For some, the holiday season is challenging for countless reasons. This season, I urge everyone to take the time to reach out to people we care about and let them know they are loved. Text the person who hates talking on the phone. Call the person who wants to hear your voice. As long as we make it personal and heartfelt, the recipient will feel the love and care.
