Welcome to That Tracks Podcast! A podcast hosted by two dads who love their families and love theme parks. In this episode, our Pilot episode, we outline who we are and why we are doing this. We discuss the name of the podcast and what it means to us. We also discuss some of what we envision for this podcast. We are here to talk all things fatherhood and theme parks, but with Tim and Nick, you will learn that you never know where the conversation might end up. Ever wondered what the meaning of festoon is? Are pop culture references your thing?

That Tracks Podcast With Tim and Nick | Episode 001 - Who are we and why are we doing this? (Pilot)

That Tracks Podcast was born out of a bond that two dads formed in being fathers, traveling with their families, and discussing theme parks. Both Nick and Tim live in Central Florida and are surrounded by some of the most iconic theme parks in the world! Tim, aka @thetimtracker, is a YouTube vlogger and Nick, @thethemeparkdad, has his own social media channels. We both cover theme parks and travel through our channels, with a whole lot of influence of our lives in being fathers. This podcast has been designed to discuss all of that. From silly and inspiring moments of fatherhood, to theme park news, and even covering questions from all of you, we are here to discuss it all. You never know where the rollercoaster that is life will take you and we are here to talk about it! That tracks, right?

Nick and Tim are back together and ready to break down the latest theme park news! Starting with the details surrounding the opening of Tiana's Bayou Adventure and the annual passholder previews for Walt Disney World's newest attraction. They also discuss the dates that have been announced for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World and Oogie Boogie Bash at Disneyland. While there is not much changing for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, what will the characters be for Oogie Boogie Bash?! Spooky season is right around the corner and Nick and Tim cannot believe it! Universal Orlando also continue to bring the excitement as a preview of DreamWorks Land took place while recording, giving Nick and Tim the opportunity to break some of it down. As always, there is more than just tracking through theme park news with Tim and Nick. From cars, to fatherhood and plenty in between, we hope you enjoy tracking with us!

Episode 021 - Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Spooky Season, & DreamWorks Land

Who is ready to celebrate Nick's birthday by recapping his visit to Disneyland? In this episode, Nick is breaking down his visit to the Happiest Place on Earth by sharing his experiences with all of his adventures. From getting picked up in a Corvette, to touring the Walt Disney Studio Lot, to Star Wars Nite and all of the fun in the parks, this trip had a lot of ups, but it also had some downs. Nick talks about his experience with anxiety during the trip and discusses the impact his anxiety had on him. Nick spends most of the episode answering listener questions that were submitted on Instagram! From favorite snacks, to favorite attractions, and the experience with Pixar Fest, you all asked some great questions for Nick to cover. He also makes a quick note of suspected news surrounding Tiana's Bayou Adventure at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World with an opening date of June 28th! Episode 018 - Jenn joins Tim to talk about Theme Park news while Nick has the week off.

This week’s episode is more personal than anything! We take a journey through plenty of tangents including the discussion of Taylor Swift’s newest album and what some of the different types of vehicles we have owned are. With a quiet week regarding theme park news, Nick and Tim spend time having fun and getting a little more personal on this episode. Nick opens up during his Hi Dad Soup moment, which creates the opportunity for an important conversation regarding men and vulnerability. The two also spend time discussing some of the breaking news regarding the expansion of Disneyland resort.
