Hello, the name of the poem is "That Will Leave a Mark."
In a locked hotel room, two people are orbiting each other in loaded silence. There is desire, there is restraint, and there is the tyranny of civility. They choose not to act, and that becomes the bruise that lingers the longest.
Thank you for listening.
You can read the poem here:
I’m Rachana, and I write short stories, poetry and essays on our enduring humanity. For 15+ years I’ve been helping people unlock their highest potential and build lives of purpose, resilience and unstoppable momentum.
My big dream? To consciously create a better future where everyone is excited about their own potential – and yes, I’m aiming to win the Nobel in December 2044 for contributions to human development.
Crazy? Maybe. But will you join me on this journey of growth and transformation?
