It was the Fathers robe passed down to the first born… but this kid was not the first born. 

The oldest kid did everything right… and was quite ticked that his younger brother came back and that his dad threw him a party… but the robe too?

Here is a secret… forgiveness is not fair!

When you are upset at someones forgiveness and the blessing they receive from God… it simply means you are not aware FULLY of how much God forgave you.

It would be like arguing over which deadly disease the doctor cured you from…

What you cure him from stage 4 liver cancer… but you only save me from stage 4 lung cancer… thats not fair.
