For something that is experienced by 49.5% of the world population, there’s a lot of hush tones and secrecy around it. Did you know that on average, a woman menstruates for 7 years during her lifetime? In this episode we share our experiences as we add to the conversation on a normal part of life and lend our voices to ending period stigma.
