Raising teenagers can be EXHAUSTING; in this episode, we discuss the #1 reason for it.
Join the conversation as I talk about the “Backpack Principle.”
This new way principle brings awareness and clarity to what it looks like to begin the process of loving detachment. I’ve been practicing it for a couple of weeks now, and it has been a GAME CHANGER in our family.
We’ll also discuss why detaching is so uncomfortable.
