Cassie Pound is the Vice President of Quality Heating & Cooling, LLC, a full-service HVAC and plumbing company in Glenpool, Oklahoma. She has a heavy human resources and management background, having worked in HR for a trucking company and handling operations for a retail chain. She and her husband Oscar founded Quality Heating & Cooling in 2014, and Cassie handles the marketing side of the business. They have six beautiful kids.
