Consent forms and addendums should be taken seriously not only for your client's sake but for your business also! There's no way we can remember to tell our clients EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. Of course, we try our best but then the conversation happens, and you think did I remember to mention that the pigment can fade or that touch up pricing isn’t included? Or did I forget to tell them that there is a potential risk for an allergic reaction? Did I double check the clients list of medications, or if she recently just had a surgery? There's so much to remember. This is why it is so important to have the right documentation in place, so you don't have to stress. The right documentation will keep both you and your clients safe!
