6. Are they always looking? Wandering eye
7. Always feel underappreciated, underpaid (victim mentality)
8. No loyalty   (bond with customers/clients not with YOUR company)
9. Not someone you trust and like personally

Money is not always the motivator. It could be faith, family, or flexibility. From the very beginning try to understand what motivates people. In order to help people grow and expand their capacity, you have to know what motivates them.

Time to give out a raise! Yes, a RAISE! Hiring and keeping your superstar staff is crucial, especially in today's hiring market. Today we are going over how and when to give your employees a raise. 

Hiring is like betting on horses! You may hire someone who is too slow out the gate, and they become a superstar, and you may hire what you think is a superstar that is a complete flop!

Be the bridge. A bridge takes you from one destination to another and it takes you over an obstacle.  Consider being a bridge for people. Giving in this way will always help you grow.
