Rumer is if you want to "grow" your subscribers you need to offer "how to" episodes...  The 5 steps for this the 10 steps for that.  So in that vein, here is my first stepified how to episode.  Enjoy.

My first how to episode!  “The 10 simple steps to publishing an episode every day”.  There are lots of arguments as to whether you should publish everyday or not.  Quality is subjective so crank out the content.  “You make it look easy!”

1. Dial in your why.
2. Decide how vulnerable are you willing to be?
3. Decide what you are willing to talk about.
4. Be willing to look stupid.
5. Be willing to learn.
6. Decide you don’t care how many people listen, read, subscribe!
7. Pick an amount.  How many minutes, words, etc are you going to go for.  (me it’s 8 to 15 minutes)
8. Understand that your need for perfection will slow you down.
9. Don’t listen to other peoples advice…  Yet! (except my 10 simple steps).
10. Start!  Turn on your mic and start talking.  Open your laptop and start writing…
