We often stop ourselves from growing and evolving because of fear. We fear change because we don’t like uncertainty and we don’t like what might happen. Without change, however, we don’t grow and we keep ourselves stuck in the same place. When fear stops you from taking a chance- do the 10 year test. Is taking that chance greater than the regret that you might have 10 years from now if you don’t take the chance?
