Tessa completed additional study in Nutritional Medicine, Emotional-Regulation and The Neurobiology of Complex and Developmental Trauma, and worked with various disadvantaged populations (within fields of Child Protection, Early Intervention Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Alternative Education and with Asylum Seekers and Refugees).

After undertaking an adventure of a lifetime to seek deeper answers, Tessa explored the unspoken waters of Grief, and deepened her relationship with story-telling as a way to transform worlds with words. She now works at the nexus of mental health, spirituality and creativity offering pathways of initiation in True-Self Expression and Grief-Informed Leadership to support humans to transform their own lives and the lives of others with open-heartedness.

Tessa's most recent innovation is her community mental health initiative, Unspoken Global. Unspoken celebrates courageous story-telling to cultivate courageous communities. The initiative aims to create genuine social change by helping to break intergenerational patterns of shame, emotional suppression and grief through community level healing.

At heart, Tessa is a small town Country Queensland girl who has always worn her heart on her sleeve, and who believes that real and revolutionary change is possible on this planet when we have the resources, support and courage to express our True Self.

Tia Marie Harrison is an entrepreneur, business mentor, and strategist helping founders build the businesses they believe they were uniquely designed to create. With more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience spanning hospitality, brick-and-mortar businesses, nonprofit leadership, brand development, and the online business space, Tia brings practical business expertise together with a deeply intuitive understanding of leadership, wealth, and purpose.
