Over the two-year period of 1979-81, at least 28 children, adolescents, and adults were killed by Wayne Williams. Recent revelations have put a spotlight on this tragic time in Atlanta's history.  We dive into the investigations, lack there of and if Williams acted alone, had accomplices or was wrongly convicted.
