The 1st NFT real estate deal has been made.  

The deal was made on June 9th, 2021 via the Propy auction. The NFT was transferred over to San Francisco-based engineer, Devon Bernard. The final price was 36 ETH, which averages out to about $93,000 at the time this caption was written.
