This framework was inspired by a reel I came across from Dr. Zina Jacques, a pastor whose words on "spiritual scent" stopped me mid-scroll. It was shared by Viola Davis, and it sparked something that connected to my own practice of choosing a guiding word each year.

Your Flame is your internal guiding light - the word or quality you tend within yourself all year. Your Fragrance is what you leave with others - the feeling that lingers when you've left the room.

And here's the beautiful part: your Flame creates your Fragrance.
