Pastor Tim Richards continues The 2nd Scroll Series, looking at Acts 20:1-38.
SERMON QUESTIONS:
1. Do you remember a time – maybe in school, at a lecture or in a church service – when you got really sleepy? What did you do to try and stay focused?
2. Poor Eutychus didn’t do too well at staying awake. Read his story (Acts 20:7-12). What about that long meeting stands out to you and why?
3. Paul has a lot to say to the leaders of the church at Ephesus (Acts 20:17-36). How are his instructions still relevant to church leadership today? Which ones stand out to you?
4. Paul recounts some words of Jesus (“It is more blessed to give than to receive”). Why is it important that we learn both how to give generously as well as receive graciously?
