Kim is President and Founder of Frame of Mind Coaching. The foundational belief of Frame of Mind Coaching is that a person’s thinking has a greater impact on their outcomes than any other factor. She helps leaders, executives and entrepreneurs become aware of the thoughts, perspectives, and beliefs that are holding them back. She is also an author, speaker, coach, and mother of five.
