First up, let's talk about leads. How many leads are you bringing into your business? Think of your business as a well-oiled machine. Knowing how many leads you’re generating, where they’re coming from, and what they’re interested in is crucial. Are they coming for your content, finance tips, or analytics? Are they converting and moving to the next step in the customer journey? Whether you’re getting leads organically or through paid ads, understanding the cost per lead is essential. This is where the customer journey begins.
Next, let's look at earning per lead. If each lead is costing you $10 but they’re spending an average of $200, you’re making $190 per lead. That’s a solid return on investment! However, if the cost per lead exceeds what you’re earning, it’s time to reconsider your strategy.
Finally, we’ll discuss retention rate. How are you ensuring your clients stick around? Providing enough touchpoints and delivering on your promises is key. Client retention is 90% of the game. When you create a positive experience and transformation for your clients, they’ll want more and spread the word. Word of mouth is the best type of marketing—it’s built on trust and your ability to consistently deliver quality.
