Welcome, to my 30 Day Challenge Journal.

I am doing this not to 'start a podcast' instead using it more for an accountability tool. I want to run an experiment and create 1 mini podcast episode everyday for the next 30 days, starting today, May 9th 2018.

I want to get in the habit of creating more content and higher quality content, I picked audio because it is easy to find time to talk into my phone for a few minutes every day to make an audio and I am hoping it will have a ripple effect on presenting better on video too.
