Laura and Jim Wing-Kamoosi are bringing an important documentary to the Santa Barbara International Film Festival Friday -- Reclaiming Idaho.

In it they follow a small group of civic activists determined to give back to the people of Idaho the right to access Medicaid, as promised in Obama's Affordable Care Act. This right had been denied Idahoans by the State's republican Legislature. KCSB's Harry Lawton spoke to the filmmakers.
