In this episode, I spoke about the second D of success which is Discipline. Self-Discipline is the ability to push yourself forward, stay motivated and take action irrespective of how you are feeling physically or emotionally. You need self-discipline because as you journey towards success or achieving your life goals, challenges will come, discouragement and demotivation would also arise at some point. It takes discipline to forge ahead to achieve your goal regardless of what is happening in, to and around you. I also shared a little bit about how I inculcated self-discipline on my weight loss journey and it was definitely worth it. I hope you get value from listening.
