How do you deal with a 4-day holiday work week? Do you find yourself out of sorts for that day and the next? DO you feel fine and love them? Do you fond yourself lost in a maze of gunk?

As I get older I find myself gunned up on the holiday 4-day work week. Even though I’m retired I still fine it difficult to adjust. I guess it’s age rel;ated more than ADHD, but I’m not sure.
